Presentations
Presentations define the items that are displayed on an agent's and a supervisor's screen, including:
Callouts that define the look and content of a pop-up window that is displayed for an agent.
Launch in contexts that specify a document to be displayed.
Alerts that define a text message to be sent to be sent to an agent's supervisor.
For example: Best offer callout, demographics remainder callout, VIP customer alert, product description launch in context
To display the Presentation window, click the Presentation tab.
